A result that was better than expected...

When previous tenants left Dot Maguire’s rental property in a mess, she needed the help of an experienced decorating team to get the house back up to market standard. 

 

Redecorating the Christchurch property wasn’t going to be an easy project; the previous tenants had attempted to repaint the property themselves, leaving poor quality paintwork, holes in the walls, and messy window and door frames in their wake. 

 

Dot researched online and requested quotes from three Canterbury decorators, focusing on quality painting at a reasonable price.

Covid-19 put the project on hold, but with some flexibility from Dot and from the Newman Decorators team the painting was completed in a reasonable timeframe, without sacrificing quality. With some smart paint choices and impeccable craftsmanship throughout, Newman Decorators were able to undo the damage from the previous tenants and restore the property to its former glory. 

 

“It looks good enough to sell, not just to rent,” Dot says. 

“I’ve been able to attract a really high calibre of client to the properly."
